1. What areas do you serve?
We currently serve families across South Florida — including Miami, West Palm Beach, and the Florida Keys — within a 75-mile radius.
2. Do I need to have a pool at home?
Yes, most of our lessons take place in your own home pool. If you don’t have one, contact us — we may have alternative options depending on your area.
3. What ages do you work with?
We welcome students of all ages — from babies to adults, including individuals with disabilities or water-related trauma. There's no age limit to learning!
4. What qualifications do you have?
Rhiannon is a Florida-certified early childhood educator with lifeguard, CPR/AED, and water safety instructor certifications. She has over 10 years of experience teaching and guiding young children.
5. What if there’s bad weather?
We confirm each class one hour before. In case of inclement weather, we’ll reschedule based on safety and availability.
6. How does the referral program work?
When you refer a new client and they book their first paid class, you’ll receive one free session as a thank-you!
7. How do I book a session?
You can book directly through our online calendar or send us a message through the contact form. We'll guide you from there!
